Black Girl Mom Podcast Coming Summer 2025

One of the most important conversations we’ll have is about teaching our Black girls how to love themselves unapologetically. In a society that often overlooks or misrepresents us, instilling self-worth, pride, and resilience in our daughters is critical. From celebrating our unique beauty to understanding the importance of mental health, we’ll dive into what it means to raise confident, empowered Black girls who know their value.

Black Girl Mom Podcast: A Safe Space for Raising and Celebrating Black Girls

Raising Black girls is a journey filled with love, lessons, and challenges. As a mother of three adult daughters, I have experienced the joys and trials of motherhood firsthand. Over the years, I’ve learned invaluable lessons that I now feel called to share. That’s why I’m launching the Black Girl Mom Podcast—a space where we will discuss the realities of raising Black girls at every stage of life and celebrate the beauty, strength, and resilience of our daughters.

On this podcast, I’ll be sharing my own experiences, the wisdom I’ve gained, and the lessons I wish I had known earlier. But this isn’t just about my journey. I’ll also be bringing on guests—other moms, educators, mentors, and community leaders—who play a role in shaping the lives of Black girls. We’ll discuss topics like building confidence, navigating the challenges of adolescence, creating safe spaces for emotional expression, and preparing our daughters to thrive in a world that is often tough on us.

They grow up so fast! Look at my babies!
