Owner and Therapist of Mind2Mend Therapy Office Incorporated
Serving My Community Since 2007
The “Therapist Bio” page is where we often look to decide:
I strive to develop rapport with clients through a supportive, encouraging, and healthy therapeutic relationship to develop growth and resilience. I will adapt the pace to fit what you need. If I am not the best fit for your needs, I will help refer you to another therapist to fit your needs.
I draw on my education, training, and life experience to assist my clients with their challenges. Besides being a therapist, I am a wife, and I have been married for 27 years. I am also a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, employee and business owner.
Managing multiple life roles may be a potential problem for everyone at some point in life. We all have life transitions, I know this personally to be true. With insight, planning, and organizing life roles it is possible to put life roles in perspective.
Credentials and experience are essential, however research shows that one of the most important elements is the therapeutic relationship you have with your therapist. I encourage you to meet with me in person to see what it feels like to sit together and talk with me.
My job is to help you unpack pain and process your feelings in a safe and confidential space. I will hold a safe space for you, where you can be feel to express yourself without judgment. Therapy can be rewarding and a journey to self-discovery to become a better you.
